Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Big Bomb Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty products, lip glosses, jewelry, and personal items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it and provide a replacement if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Big Bomb Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
