Please double-check your order before checkout. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Processing and Shipping Times

• Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
• Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items are made available before they arrive in stock.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for pre-order items to be processed and shipped.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Big Bomb Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Big Bomb Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
